What does this mean? Even if this appeal were to be accepted, there are still two other injunctions out there blocking the wind down, so what are the possible outcomes?

Appeals courts have to take cases appealed to them, i.e. it's not discretionary.

Chances are they'll just order USCIS to reinstate DACA fully.

If DACA ends I think this is the best time for it since everyone has or is renewing, so if it ends it wont affect us, but it will put enough pressure on Congress to pass something permanent. If it does pass something, our next renewal will be for a green card
