That’s right you haven’t so you wouldn’t know how less of a status visa holding are
You spew crap out of your mouth without knowing the facts, just like trump. That's what's wrong with you. FYI I'm an unintentional visa overstayer and at this point I'll take whatever they pass.

So we can sponsor parents, spouses, and children only, but they like us, would get visa status? Am I understanding this correctly?

Do you think they mean visa as in conditional green card which can then be converted to a permanent green card?

green cards are also called immigrant visa but not sure what is in the compromise bill? a non immigrant/dual intent visa for 8 years or a conditional GC for 8 years then a regular GC allocated from the green card in the escrow from cuts from Family based and DV. lets wait for the details. dont shoot it down before any details emerge.

Conversations have also broken down over conservative demands to include mandatory e-verify (the system that checks whether employees are allowed to work in the U.S.) and revisions to the guest-worker program in the bill. Moderates and leadership are pushing for those provisions to be in a separate package voted on before House members break for their August recess, rather than included in next week’s bill.

This is weird.

Allow permanent residency for H1B children sime who have only been in the country 5 years and have total ties to their native countries and travel to them frequently.

But, not allow aged out Dreamers who gave been here 20-30 years and are American in every way but in paper??
Why?? I hope Dems oppose excluding aged out Dreamers after all USA Act, RAC Act, and the Dream Act include those for obvious reasons.

The bill here says it will cut down visas in other areas and push those to dreamers so no it won’t be be a new visa.
