The black caucus will not agree to anything that guts the Diversity Lottery. That is the only way africans can get here... talk about merit.

those 6 democrats actually sink the bill. republicans never campaign on issues of protecting dreamers or immigrants, their base wants opposite. democrats claiming to be our friend are now going to sink this compromise bill.
