Please read the article before you reference it. Numbers are too powerful to mislead people when not used properly. It’s of whole Dreamer population and still it’s not about eligiblity alone it’s the estimated number of people who will be eligible and apply for.

Haha its ok. We've been losing on immigration for the last 2 decades. I can handle Peru losing the world cup. I'll cheer for Argentina now
