Exactly. And when that happens we'll really be SOL unless they punt the issue hoping that he is voted out in 2 years and the case languishes in the lower courts.

Exactly what I meant. I just wanna be able to renew once more to outlast his first term hoping he's voted out along with a congress sweep.

I just renewed, personally I am going to wait for the end of the year to renew again. This will push me post next inaguration.

Chances are that if a Democrat wins, he will try to reinstate DACA on day one hopefully.

I renewed too. I got approved Last month and im good til May 2020. You're saying you're going to apply for renewal ~December 2018?

Because prosecutorial discretion doesn't include giving out work permits? It's an obvious Executive overreach that should be under the purview of congress.
