Are you having a nervous break down or seeking validation for your Canada option?

Show me a case/law that says they have to respect relief period. We came and said they could end it and you said, "no you are wrong" the burden of proof now lies on you to back up your rebuttal

Sure, let me spend an hour or so citing all the case law from my contracts case book on contact formation (offer, acceptance, breach, etc.) to you. Stop fear mongering.

https://www.amazon.com/Law-Contracts...+law+case+book

There is the case law on contract formation and the consequences of breach. Read it.

Government and DACA recipients entered into a contract. They'd give you a work permit in exchange for your fee and background checks and other conditions related to criminal records/moral character. The agreement was also to give you the work permit for two years.

Now on what case law or USCIS rule can the government immediately and arbitrarily revoke our EADs?
