I don't know about that, I would say Asia prevails Mexico in that aspect.

Not sure if this has been said, but the Trump administration doesn't want Hanen to rule against DACA. They want to confirm Brett Kavanaugh as Supreme Court first, and if Hanen rules against DACA, SCOTUS will be forced to take the case ASAP. Once Kavanaugh is confirmed, they can take the case to SCOTUS and kill DACA indefinately. Expect a ruling for DACA by Hanen, it's all a plot. We are fucked.

It's not just about DACA either. The whole game Trump's lawyers are playing with Mueller about if and how Trump will be interviewed is part of a ploy to energize their base to vote in November.

Supposely if SCOTUS split the ruling 4-4, cant they take on this case again when they have a full court?

They know damn well Trump isn't going to sit down with Mueller because even his lawyers think he's too dumb to not commit perjury. His lawyers are trying to "negotiate" with Mueller until the midterm elections to put off a Mueller subpoena of Trump before the midterms.

I won't believe it till I see him not do an injuction. People like me who would have benefited from extended DACA weren't "bad guys" either and he didn't give two shits then.

That never went into effect. DACA has been ongoing for years.
