USCIS is a rogue agency, they are run on applicant fees and always work against applicants interest. its director Cissna is going to attend a conference by Eugenics group CIS/NumberUSA who are identified by southern poverty center as hate groups.
this agency needs to be shutdown and work outsourced to a private company.

You don't even need to raise the fee. Dreamer pays a fee to get a license just like everybody else, it's not like we are getting it for free. GOP will do anything to deny us legal status.
