I'm a green card holder now and this is my opinion. If Beto wins. The dream act can pass. If we can flip Texas into a California F. . the rest of the country. california Blue, New York Blue, Texas Blue, thats the economy of Europe! Thats the country. Who cares what the red necks states go for.
