Why is that even an question?

Johann is partially correct. Mexican and Central American (primarily from the North Triangle aka Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala) migrants have the lowest rates of possessing a college degree. This is because they're closer to the USA and their less fortunate citizens can easily move to there illegally for better prospects and opportunities.

In contrast, South American migrants are left with no other option but to obtain a visa to come to the USA. That is why there are so many high skilled Argentine and Venezuelan migrants in the USA cause they're the ones that can afford to move here. Their less fortunate citizens usually end up illegally migrating to better nearby countries like Argentina and Chile.

According to a recent report just over 40 percent of SNAP recipients are white, another 25.7 percent are black and 10.3 percent are Hispanic. That’s a low number of Hispanic immigrants on benefits compare to the rest if you ask me.
This sounds about right. In the past I had a job that dealt with welfare recipients and the majority of people were white and black with Hispanics coming in at 3rd place.

I feel the other reason is because highly educated people in Mexico do have opportunity in Mexico and don't have a need to come here.

Venezuelans and Argentina's economies have a harder time supporting they higher educated populations. I suspect a lot of South Americans also tend to go to Europe more than coming here.

No biggie, low skilled hispanics are turning Texas blue. Let's make Make America Mexico Again (MAMA)

All this has me thinking about a future in which whites are the minority and brown people start implement racist policies against them.

Think about it, Hispanics implementing policies under the pretext that because of their amerindian blood they somehow are more deserving of this land.
