Why would Dems need to give Trump $5 billion for muller? It’s political theatre. They don’t need to protect muller, they run the House of Representatives. They can set up the investigagtion themselves and subpeoena whoever they and have public hearings or leak whatever information they want.

Second, who’s going to fire Muller? Trump fires him and gets a second obstruction of justice case against him. Whitaker fires him and he gets one also. The Muller protection bill is all teeth no bite. Trump hasn’t fired Muller because he can’t

Your predictions? I'd like to think Dems will not give Trump $5 billion without anything in return, but I could be wrong.

I believe obviously that he has the right to end it.

Either he is completely retarded and doesn't even know what is going on, or he is just trying to put blame on Obama rather than himself for DACA ending.

Also, this idiot has no real options, he is not the one who writes legislation. Nor was I expecting Democrats to really settle for the shitty wall for dreamers deal.

I guess the main thing to take away is that Trump is cornered, slowly bleeding away political power. Once the economy starts to slow and more details about the Mueller investigation come out, even Hillary would be able to beat him easily.

Trump is fucking stupid, the court case is not about if Obama has the right to put DACA in place.

The court case is not even about if Trump has the power to end it, it's about if Trump can end it without following the proper procedure. Ironically the same argument GOP used to kill DAPA in court.

Trump failing to end DACA because he didn't hire the best people for the position. Sessions fucked up which lead to DACA still being partially alive today. Good for us!

Hence why it’s dumb to bash the Democrats for not acting on it

When the republicans and trump don’t even have plans for it at all. If wasn’t for the federal judges, trump would have gotten away with ending daca
