Yes. There's no doubt DACA is constitutional. John Roberts is definitely going to vote as such and I really think Gorsuch and Kavanaugh will follow him.

Who says that the unconstitutionality is what is being argued?

you may be right.. but at this point im just taking the scenario that wont cause a major disruption in our lives, which is having DACA indefinitely.

dont give up hope tho, anything can still happen.

I know I am being selfish, but I do want a solution. Like I said in the signature, I have enough of being a caged bird.

If we win, we lose.

If we lose, we win.

Life broken up into 2 year chunks.

Yes. I am not entirely sure what the arguments are and what is being challenged but what I do agree with is the fact that the program is suppose to be TEMPORARY. Congress must act immediately to codify something.

I personally think that our best chance is the following:

1. Most people renew before a S.C ruling against DACA.

2. The ruling does not involve legality/constitutionality of DACA

3. Trump loses

4. Democrats bring back DACA

5. Democrats will have a better Senante number

6. Democrats retain the house

7. Dream Act passes codifying DACA

Just realized one thing... say the Court does favor Trump, I bet you a bunch of people will bring up new law suits all over again.

This could happen if SCOTUS doesn’t go into DACA being constitutional or not. In the event that they rule DACA unconstitutional, DACA is done for good.
