Working understanding is that if the next time #SCOTUS reviews the Trump #DACA petition is not until 2/15, that even if they decide to take the case then there isn’t enough time for it to be briefed/heard this term, & would move to fall. For #DACA recipients, every month matters.

What a garbage president. People will lose their homes and die because they can’t afford to pay their bills . But he wants to do his garbage speech.
