The problem is Miller. He doesn’t want a deal. Anytime he’s involved in negotiations, he ends up demanding more and more BS. The moment Dems ask for a pathway to citizenship, we’ll be right back to the 4 pillars bullshit.

You forgot about Mitch McConnell aka the Turtle Man.

He will refuse to put it for a vote because he knows it would make the Repubs and Trump look bad.
