⚠️A Few Updates from D.C⚠️

1️⃣ According to the offices we met with there will most likely not be a permanent solution for Dreamers or TPS recipients by the Feb.15, 2019 deadline. It is expected that within the next few days Speaker Pelosi will be announcing some DHS funding without full Wall money in order to keep the government open.

2️⃣ Most of the members of Congress we spoke to don’t see the DACA topic being seriously addressed again until the Supreme Court rules on the case which could be October 2019 or early 2020. Most predictions are that the Supreme Court will strike down DACA which would then force Congress to work on finding a permanent solution for DACA and TPS.

3️⃣ After Trump’s first offer to extend DACA and TPS for three years in exchange for Wall money, Democratic leadership said that was a non-starter. We agreed with them and today we got a chance to sit down with Democratic leadership and ask what their “Counter- Offer” would be to Trump’s proposal- They had None.

4️⃣ At this point it seems like the Democratic party continues to be on the defense without providing real solutions or counter offers to Trump’s initial proposal. Many members of Congress mentioned that 2020 would be a better time to solve this issue when they believe the Democratic party will win over more seats in Congress. However, we don’t buy that strategy because when the Democrats controlled the House, Senate, and Presidency in 2010 they couldn’t get it done either. Democrats have used the topic of immigration to win elections each year without providing real results- and it doesn’t seem like the 2020 elections will be any different. *♀️

⚠️ Again all of this is information that we were able to collect from today’s meetings. Nothing is confirmed and things could always change. However, things did not look hopeful today in D.C.

What are your thoughts?
Will there ever be a permanent solution to this issue?

If they give all the funds I mentioned and some border fence for nothing. I will never trust democrats again. I will wait till feb 15th to hold judgement

Why in the world are Democrats giving billions dollars away for nothing?

This even beats the amount of money that they were offering in the 2013 deal... all for nothing in return.

Wtf is going on.

It's been just another 12-18 months for 14 years for me. Every second something is proposed and everything seemed to have aligned perfectly. Then, BOOM!!, another 1-2 year wait.

Trust me... this isn't new. Same shit, different Congress.

Dirty Dems and big time immigrant groups. They just can't let go of the Dreamers. They want to squeeze the hell out of them to get the best bang for their buck. But don't worry. They will surely get it done in 2020. That is if they can win. Trump is so popular right now and especially after they hand him this win and after the SOTU speech, I can bet you he would even beat Joe Biden in 2020. If Dems want to have a chance they best stop playing politics and get shit done NOW. I'm not complaining. I will just renew in like Oct - Nov and get myself two more years.

We are prepping for it to be released in 2020, a beautiful sequel. With Kamala Harris, we will get it done! The teaser will be out for sure. Final film by 2024 definitely. Kamala Harris 2020!
