There are other nations willing to +1 to its ranks a DogJuiceMan, so that is something, but thats like a last resort emergency parachute. You only get one or two parachute pulls tops before you can't do it anymore.

We'll probably be okay, i mean congress only acts when its an emergency. We stand to gain a ton, but also lose a ton. I know not everyone can roll the dice, but CMON, lets more forward.
Stick to your word and move back to Mexico bro. You're already a Chairo / Mexican nationalist lol.

So been reading up on this and it would just add a conflicting ruling with the other rulings that have kept DACA alive. Since there are rulings keeping renewals going, only the Supreme Court now can clean the slate. The fastest they could hear the case would be the next term which starts October 1st and it would take a few months to get a ruling, probably early 2020. So everyone take a deep breath. If you expire early 2020 you will be able to get a renewal in.

Isn't this a new case unrelated to the old cases where the rulings stand? So they'll have to appeal this case specifically to get a new conflicting ruling no? Also, if we expire early 2020, should we renew now, or renew late 2019 to get the max amount of months?

I’m not entirely too sure about your first two questions. All the articles say this about the court issues though. "So long as even one nationwide injunction is in place, DACA continues to operate," Fresco said. "Only the Supreme Court can wipe the slate clean here." And I would send in the renewal ASAP. Don’t know when the SC will rule so because of that uncertainty definitely do it ASAP

I take that part about ASAP back, what I think would be the smart thing to do is wait to see if the Supreme Court takes the case in the upcoming term, if they do, send it the day, if they don’t then you can try and max the amount of time for the next renewal. For example, my next one ends April 30th, if I send it in now I’ll get approved 150 days before which is December 1st. But what if the SC doesn’t take the case and then I could’ve sent it later and gotten more months? Also if I sent October 1st when they made the decision I would still get approved on December 1st etc.

I was reading more of @cristianafarias and he even said that Hanen won't do anything until SCOTUS.

Highly doubt Hanen will do anything to disrupt the status quo, so my feeling is he’ll rule against #DACA but not do anything with it until the Supreme Court signals its intentions.

So renewals will continue for a bit.
