Found it

SEC. 210. GRANT PROGRAM TO ASSIST ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS.

(a) Establishment.—The Secretary of Homeland Security shall establish, within U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, a program to award grants, on a competitive basis, to eligible nonprofit organizations that will use the funding to assist eligible applicants under this Act by providing them with the services described in subsection (b).

This is probably good for us since now the organizations would want to pass something instead of milking us

Trump will win re-election easily. Democratic voters are way to divided between being a progressive and a moderate.

Bernie Sanders and AOC are the best thing to ever happen to the Republican Party.

Impeachment at this point will ensure a second term for Trump. He will become a sort of a hero among his base. PELOSI KNOWS THIS.

As Mayor Pete put it, defeat him at the ballot box by taking conversation away from him. Trump is about smearing, he can be trounced by sobriety.

This new Dream Act revision has me a little worried. I was caught driving without a license but got a withhold of adjudication but in immigration courts I think that counts as a conviction. In one part of the bill it says if you have 3 or more misdemeanors you are ineligible so I'm still ok there

Quote:
(1) GROUNDS OF INELIGIBILITY.—Except as provided in paragraph (2), an alien is ineligible for adjustment of status under this Act (whether on a conditional basis or without the conditional basis as provided in section 103(c)(2)) if any of the following apply:
Quote:
(ii) 3 or more misdemeanor offenses (excluding simple possession of cannabis or cannabis-related paraphernalia, any offense involving cannabis or cannabis-related paraphernalia which is no longer prosecutable in the State in which the conviction was entered, and any offense involving civil disobedience without violence) not occurring on the same date, and not arising out of the same act, omission, or scheme of misconduct; or
but in another part I could be subject so a "secondary review"

Quote:
(3) AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT SECONDARY REVIEW.—

(A) IN GENERAL.—Notwithstanding an alien’s eligibility for adjustment of status under this Act, and subject to the procedures described in this paragraph, the Secretary of Homeland Security may, as a matter of non-delegable discretion, provisionally deny an application for adjustment of status (whether on a conditional basis or without the conditional basis as provided in section 103(c)(2)) if the Secretary, based on clear and convincing evidence, which shall include credible law enforcement information, determines that the alien is described in subparagraph (B) or (C).

(B) PUBLIC SAFETY.—An alien is described in this subparagraph if—
Quote:
(I) has been convicted of a misdemeanor offense punishable by a term of imprisonment of more than 30 days; or
Now Im nervous I might not be eligible at all. Anyone with law knowledge here know what this means?

People keep underestimating Trump. Has he said some crazy stuff? Yeah he has, but at the end of the day people don’t care about what he has said but more about what he has done.

We can not ignore that the economy has improve drastically. People ask themselves before they vote, am I putting food on the table? Can I afford my rent? Can I afford my bills? Am I better off now than I was 4 years ago?

And if they answer yes to a good majority of these questions, of course they’re going to vote for Trump in a heartbeat. They could care less about the “mean” things he has said.

In addition to that, the Democratic Party is so divided right now. Progressives will definitely sit out the next elections if they don’t get the candidate they want.

Part of the Bernie train is what cause Hillary to lose votes in key battleground states, some even voted for Trump and believe me they will do so again because that will teach the Democratic Party a “lesson”.

I wouldn’t worry about something that’s Dead on Arrival once it gets to the Senate.

did it really though? yeah sure it improved drastically for the millionaires and billionaires. the same farm workers that voted for trump in 2016 are saying they wont vote for him again in 2020. he fucked them with that trade deal.

yeah, the democrats are divided but liberals are also fired up with everything going on with children dying in detention camps, abortion laws, etc.

don't forget what women, minorities, and black people did in the midterms.
