Bruh - Send it now and hope they approve before Dec. Send for renewal again in Jan. They don't approve your Jan application until 150 days of the new expiration date.

DECEMBER is the month to renew, avoid the new fee which starts on January....

Fees is the least of the problems for us in 2020. Out of curiosity, how much is the new fees?

I plan on applying again in Jan.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "Send for renewal again in Jan". Is that just to buy a few extra months or something? That would be an expensive proposition...lol.

Isn't that risky? The Supreme Court may rule before June 2020 and at that point USCIS won't accept any applications, why not have yours pending?

Mines expiring May too. Really confused when to send the renewal.

Why the hell are you confused? Get the apps, complete them and the rest of your package and send it in. If everything is good, you'll do your biometrics shortly after they receive your app package and then, they'll sit on it for a while and approve you about 150 days before you expire.

If you need help with the apps, just ask in The Lounge.
