This is exactly what Demofucks don’t want. They don’t want him to get some points with Latino voters. Hence you watch all they will continue to do is maintain fear.

That makes no sense. He could've gotten points with latinos by pushing for the dream act when he had control of the entire congress and he could push for the dream act right now. The only thing Trump's administration has done is to rescind DACA. How does that get him points with latino voters? Or a better question, what steps has the Trump administration done in regards to DACA that would give him points with latino voters?

If you recall, the democrat controlled house passed HR 6 for dreamers. Senate has not taken it up yet. They didn't try to revise it or do anything. It's been sitting there for months. The ball's been in the republican court for months and they chose to do nothing. How is this getting points from latinos for republicans?

That’s why I say it’s definitely Possible IF we put collective efforts on pushing Democrats to go to White House and hash out a deal, but we have to pressure them. There is no time to continue bashing the Pres (he doesn’t give a shit, he already has a lot of support). If a Trump endorsed compromise were to pass he’d score massive points with Hispanic community especially Dreamers (I’m afraid this is what Dems don’t want and hence it will be tough to convince them to do something)

Cmeow is talking under the hypothetical that Trump and the Senate passes HR 6 to help Dreamers, and that move would get them the latino voters.

No Goodlatte bill. No to anything that has temporary BS. If the bill has path to GC however they need to agree everything else the other side wants.

The Democrats already tried to make a deal with Trump many times. They even had some bipartisan bills. It didn’t work and he threatened to veto them. As someone else said, the Senate hasn’t even voted on the bill that was passed in the House.

They need to do it again and cave into ALL Demands in exchange for permanent legalization for us (they will not be doing this)

I don't think that's very likely tactic for dems. They pass dream act they keep their voters. They go against the dream act they will lose latino voters, more than the amount Trump would gain if he passes DA.

The problem is a compromise because you know Trump will ask for a lot, it's just how he's always done deals. With Miller on top he's going to ask for too much. Dems will say no and nothing happens. Mitch won't do anything because he'll just say president won't sign. If Trump uses his strong arm tactic like he does with China, nothing will pass in Congress. This is my worst feasible fear.

You're a special kind of dumbass, aren't you? That ain't never gonna happen. Tell me... Cite a case in the last 20 years when a party in congress has caved to all demands of another to reach a solution. Please. Go spit your shit elsewhere.
