Question simply stated if you have accumulated more than 1 year or unlawful presence. If you have DACA this question should be a definite yes.

I am still here on this website and will continue to chime in when I can be of assistance. Feel free to IM me as well.

Keep your heads up everyone!
Please go out and vote so your brothers and sisters will have a chance to stay.

Just started the AOS process with my wife submitted it before the October 15 since we didn't know what to expect from the "Public Charge" rule that was going to go into effect. Already took my biometrics and Just last week received an RFE asking for proof that income I am reporting was lawfully earned , funny enough I checked with my lawyer and they stated a copy of my DACA EAD was included with my AOS packet. Has this happened to anyone else? My Lawyer is in the process of responding and including another copy but I found it a bit odd that they would not have seen it with the initial packet.

Thanks. Sure no problem. You’ll get it soon.

11/25/2019 letters of approval for I130 and I485
11/26/2019 green card arrived in the mail.

A Pamphlet was inside which said “Welcome to the United States a guide for new immigrants ”

I haven’t seen that problem or had it myself but in the package I submitted my W2s for the last 5 years and 6 months of paystubs even though it was not needed.

Just finished my interview today for green card. The interview was fairly easy. Very basic questions. Took a lot of our photos, tax return, car insurance, medical insurance. After the interview, she said that she needs to review the case for a week and I should be getting my green card in 30 days. I have not receive any updates on case status. Hopefully everything is okay!
