However, they are at a time where the border will begin to be sealed up, and concessions can be extracted from the democrats in exchange for their precious dreamers.

Republicans would be fools to not extract concessions from democrats to protect dreamers.

No Immigration solution can exist until the border is sealed up, let us just clear that out of the way. Border Patrol themselves have seen the wall makes their job easier.
