Don’t be fooled. I’ll believe they’re doing something when it actually happens. Look at what they did with TPS...they only extended it another year to try to make Trump look good.

Be realistic, these same people will be first in line.

The 2 choices seem clear to me.

SCOTUS keeps DACA alive = DACA in place forever until we all die of old age.

SCOTUS strikes DACA down = Congress passes some sort of LEGALIZATION.

Touch choice.

I think SCOTUS will strike down DACA. With elections being so near I would think the president would keep it in place and try to strike a deal after the elections.

I don’t think he will terminate DACA right away since it’s so popular with the American voters. That’s just my opinion, I could be wrong though.

Krikorian said that Trump risks being seen as "selling out" on his signature campaign promises on immigration, but the White House could deal with that risk by coming up with a deal the president can defend, and including provisions that no-one beyond the actual DACA recipients, such as their relatives, gets legal status as well.

The perfect deal.

Our parents want us to succeed at any cost. Lets be realistic here, those that got their parents here KNOW that they dont want to live here, they want to build something in their home countries and leave.
