2. He also said with smirk on his face: "Everything is going to work out for DACA and young people who aren't so young anymore if you wanna know the truth. You understand that? They are your age (reporter is 63 years old).

So in short, we're fucked. We need the Dems to win White House and Senate and hope DACA isn't ended before inauguration, idk if that's gonna happen.

Dude, we just need Biden to win. Even if Senate doesn't come to Dem, bare min we will have DACA w/ AP. Biden will restore that program asap if it's taken out.

Far from it. I believe Dreamers are going to be in very good shape as long as we continue building momentum towards passing permanent legislation. He's playing around, they're not going to refile shit at least until after the elections...

They can refill before the election but how long will it take for the process to go through? Won’t be done until after the election.

There's also the Texas lawsuit, that could end DACA for good. No president would be able to bring it back.
