I think USCIS makes a shit load annually off applications fees. Only reason it could take a dip is if they stop taking app and fees. So yes they lying bitches. Everyone pays whatever fee they demand on apps. It’s not something you can negotiate. Kind like a monopoly. If they need 5K per app we would still have to find the money or we are fucked

Honestly I think that everything that doesn't make sense in this administration can be described by malice.
