According to RAICES, the administration has dropped their appeal to a March court case where Cuccinelli appointment to USCIS was ruled illegal. This could mean that any policies he enacted while there could also be ruled illegal.

It may take years, but I'm guessing this can be used in Court cases against all the memos/decisions issued by them.

What is amazing is how partisan the DoJ has become, openly disagreeing with the GAO and calling their report baseless
