NEWS: Federal court in the Batalla Vidal #DACA termination case in the EDNY will hold oral argument on Oct 7 concerning whether Chad Wolf was unlawfully appointed Acting DHS Secretary, as GAO found. If so, it would render his July 28 memo seeking to dismantle DACA null + void.

Next update will be that Virgin Wolf is found unlawful.

Let's say he is found unlawful , who is going to remove him? What happen if he refuses to go?
