So it looks like a lot of the early voting hasn’t been fully counted in WI, MI and PA. Only 17% of the early vote has been counted.

This was very much expected and it is normal. In-person voting is currently what is being counted, mail-in ballots have not yet been counted enough to have a true idea of the margin differences.
