Need Trump not to cancel DACA on his way out. If he doesn't, I think DACA is here to stay, new Biden DHS will likely change the 1 yr renewal period to 3+ yr renewal period. I doubt any legislation will pass for us, the GOP is obstructionist, they will not let any bills pass.

He doesn't have enough time to cancel it, he needs like 90 days to go through the proper procedures.

But Trump could start the procedure to end it again even if he is out of office when the supreme court decides, it would be his last laugh, I'm sure steve miller is advising him to do just that. But I think that it would be a benefit for the dreamers if the supreme court declares daca unconstitutional, it would add a sense of urgency to senate/house to pass a bill.

Even if he did it would be beneficial for us since Biden would have pressure to come up with a replacement.

I hope we actually see some cooperation and bipartisan support. Show the US that without trump, we can actually work together.

I seriously doubt Mitch McConnell will all the sudden be cooperative.

Then what's the point of having President Biden there? He's got to work towards getting Mitchy on board and on course for a compromise. Have to keep both sides accountable on this.

Quote my post . Once the trump lawsuits fail in court Mitch is gonna say he’s not going to cooperate with a president that won an illegitimate race. His supporters will be praising him for that
