Don’t mail it off, instead call USCIS tell them you want an emergency info pass, they’ll tell you an officer will call you back within 15 days to schedule. They usually call 1-3’days later, then that officer that calls will schedule you for an info pass for the next day business day.

You show up to info pass with your I131, docs and filing fee and an officer will take everything and issue you an info pass valid for 90 days.

She entered US twice illegally by crossing the border. On top of that she returned to Mexico without AP to get her marriage visa because she can’t get it in the USA as she came in without inspection.

I mean come on. You have to have some common sense. We can't leave the country without AP unless you don't wanna return.
