A lot of Dreamers have final orders too. It just means they had a case go through court before Daca relief was available

I feel like it's the same as always. In any case you need to have been born or on after June 16, 1981. You have to be at least 15 years old UNLESS you're in removal proceedings. That's the same way the old DACA was.

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.
