If you took some time to educate yourself, maybe you wouldn't be a dick rider for the Republican Party and get out of your Stockholm syndrome.

It requires 218 to pass a bill in the House. Republicans have 219, there is no political advantage or leverage for the Democrats to block this bill in the House. Democrats who are in more conservative area vote for it otherwise it would cause unnecessary backlash. They just have to hope for the Senate to improve the bill as they need Democrats to flip.

Sen. GALLEGO: Well, Biden protects Dreamers from deportation "but we're gonna work on amendments to have further clarification on that."

I'm not even going to look this shit up. There's only 100 Senators in Congress. If 80 Senators are Democrat, you probably would have citizenship right now.

I think its reasonable, we shouldnt even be in any situation like that. Our record must be pristine.

Unless you have a past offense you are afraid of, then it should be fine.

There will be amendments, lets wait and see.

bill literally get your ass booked by ICE indefinitely if arrested, not charged or being found guilty. AFAIK, NYT dropped the ball here and said charged, I think the language says accused. No, there's no "Dreamer exemption".

“(ii) is charged with, is arrested for, is convicted of, admits having committed, or admits committing acts which constitute the essential elements of any burglary, theft, larceny, or shoplifting offense,”;

How long you reckon until they accuse you of 'theft' for misfiling taxes or missing a payment?

Then we need to stay out of situations that would put us in such predicaments. We all know this...

Thing is I never put myself in situations like that in my 20+ years here.
Never missed a payment for anything if you're talking about car, utilities, bills, and filing taxes.
