There was NOT a single immigration reform bill brought to a vote in 4 years by Democrats.

They tried a last minute border enforcement bill. They did not push for help to provide a pathway to status.

Something about the parlamentarian opinion which seems to not matter or be needed when Republicans push unconstitutional bills.
