BIA is binding on all immigration courts and this is a precedent. It is definitely now easier to remove any individual with approved DACA. Discretion is out the window. Only legal permanent residency can ensure rights, for now.

I stand corrected, thanks for this information.

On being Mr Green card, sharing is not boasting, despite the perception some get.

I can say however that many Mr and Mrs Green cards who have had DACA prior is great to see. One day that notion will be understood.
