i don't have the SSN and i don't know ho wto apply for the ITIN>< they need my W-2 for company......

check what? they need my SSN for paying tax........but i don't have... so can i use ITIN to replace my SSN? if i can........how can i apply the ITIN.....because last time when i go to IRS, they said they need W-7form and tax return form together.. So where can i get the tax return......because i worked in my company last year with paying cash......someone can tell me where can i get the tax return form????LIKE W-2 or 1099

another question is what should i put type of US visa, number and expire date? ID doucument submitted????
