What are you talking about? If you were 31 in 2012, you are eligible for this... (you would be 37 now), I'm asking for those people OVER 37 who are "Dreamers" did they or did they not have a path to citizenship that they did not take? #Dreamers weren't here for the 1986 amnesty...

Miller drafted it and he likes it. Enough said.

Only if you were under 31 on 6/15/2012.

Ya'll all this fighting amoungst ourselves is getting tiring. We are not each others enemies. SO stop it.

Right now we need all eyes and ear on deck to find out more information.

My fellow DACAers need to stop acting like selfish asses. The government is trying to cut down on DACAers who qualify for this as well. We can easily be in their boats.

Not necessarily. To be eligible for the 1986 Amnesty, you had to have arrived before 1982. For example, you could have been born in 1980 and not arrived until 1983 (at the age of 3 or 4) and thus not be eligible for the 1986 Amnesty and also not eligible for DACA.

Repubs: we get all most everything we want and you get all most everything you don't want.
What a deal!

i dont support the bill also but you have to be fair also.

aged out Dreamers/non DACAers are as selfish as the DACAers. they just frame their narratives differently.

the best bill all Dreamers can get is when Democrats are in the majority.

For the record, I would be covered by this bill but I want it to fail. It throws too many people under the bus.

I smell internal enforcement. Section 436(C)(1). Allow IBET teams to cooperate with State and Local law enforcement.

thanks, as I was born in 1980 and lived in the US since I was 12. No criminal record, college graduate and pay taxes. this age out clause is BS

Codified secure communities to circumvent their defeat against what they call sanctuary cities.
