What is so difficult about creating a bill? It is NOT difficult and some are simply bullshitting for a delay.

Chain migration- Make it conditional permanent residence or a visa for legal status only. This could end the argument concerning sponsorship. One may dictate through congressional law who is able to sponsor through the aforementioned status.

Removal of Conditions or a trigger for status- DACA continues....legal status or conditional residence would be triggered and funding for enforcement provisions would come from Dreamers. Permanent residence can be only gotten through current law (sponsorship family). If through conditional permanent residence...through an employer or immediate relative.

Fees- CBO certifies that the funds have been actually gotten for enforcement....NOT DHS!!!!

Things that will NOT work.

1. No legislation on the current family immigration system...bill will definitely FAIL if that is brought up, period!

2. Deny birthright citizenship provisions....bill will definitely FAIL

3. Unlawful presence becomes a felony...no explanation needed.

4. Too much or unrealistic funding for enforcement will get increased criticism. Some fiscal conservatives and democrats votes that are border line will be needed.

Make no mistake Miller is trying to derail a compromise:

@JoshDorner
Surprise! As bipartisan, good faith Senate immigration negotiations continue, the White House sends over a list of poison pill demands...written by Stephen Miller.

@JoeSudbay
Everyone involved figured Miller was going to make a play to thwart any progress. And like clockwork, here it is. The guy has a single-minded anti-immigrant obsession

@TheToddSchulte
WOW. So with Miller's 70 point poison pill plan and $33 billion wall request, he ensured the President and Republicans 100% own a govt shutdown. Totally insane political move for GOP, but GOP majorities don't matter to him, only anti-immigrant extremist.

and the 7th Republican Member or chief of staff reached out to me in 15 minutes saying this is absurd and sad effort to undermine positive progress and talk. People are NOT pleased.

We need to dig up Miller's dirty past and have him fired. He must have done something scary like sex scandal. Please.

That repugnant Squidward looking pos must have some skeletons in his closet. It's crazy to think he grew up here in California and went to school in Santa Monica with a bunch of Mexican's.
