I wonder if this is the same meeting as
Dick Durbin, Democratic whip in the Senate, said he was supposed to meet with White House and GOP officials on DACA but meeting got postponed indefinitely.

In other words, Democrats and Republicans are currently *not talking* on the main issue forcing a shutdown.

My guess, there will be a deal for a 5 day CR to give them intense time reach a long term spending bill.

Seems correct. I dont’ think Trump would give in to any DACA solution per the leaked Axios memo.
