I don’t get it. They can’t even do the simple things.

The House already passed the DA. Is there absolutely no hope for it passing in the Senate with 60 votes? 10 R's won't come out and vote for us?

This was expected tbh. Let's give them time to pitch a few more proposals and see what happens. I think ultimately SOMETHING WILL be OK'd. Most likely going to be for a much smaller pop. of us b/c you can tell the #1 issue to MacD is the magnitude of the policy change....and SHE IS RIGHT! Who in their right mind would be fine with legalizing 8 MILLION people thru a budget legislation?

~1.5 million (Dreamers and TPS) sounds A LOT better than 8 million.

Don't give up guys! I think we'll go through a 1-2 more of these plans until we hit the optimal point.

P.S. Schumer is a totally incompetent leader that has nothing to show for and can't even get his side together...never liked him and never will. I think to him, we mean very little and it shows.

I think even TPS is a bit much. A Dreamers only bill sounds do-able though.

The sad truth is 1.5M people may be too much as well. That would be the highest number of people legalized at one time ever for the US.

LMFAO....so...have we finally come to our senses that Democrats cannot and will not legalize Dreamers?

Justice John....called this AGES ago....and he was banned for no reason.

I bet you this infrastructure and reconciliation will pass...without anything related to Dreamers. Guaranteed. This always happens in the end. This was the game plan from Day 1....
