What did he originally send?

He use facebook post, bank account statements, myspace post, dental/medical records, transcripts if they cover that date. Receipts of any kind. Amazon or ebay.

He just sended his transcripts from 1999- 2012, and his diploma that's from June-9 2012 and medical records, but the RFE is asking for proof of presence on June 15. What can he send?

What I just posted. Facebook, receipts or statements of any kind. Did he enroll in college? Summer school?

Wow they accept facebook post to? Well he said he found a bank statement for june 14th will that be good enough and you said any facebook post also counts?

Wow this makes me nervous, My app went to Nebraska Service Center.
I had status previously [02 visa from my dad.] I had a drivers license and it was revoked for not paying a fine on time. In July I got stopped while driving, cop said I ran a red light. [Well would u know it no red light.] But I got tickets for driving with a revoked license and no insurance.


Any1 has similar situation and got approved.

Just got my RFE in the mail. Same question need proof I was here on June 15th. So Facebook posts they take too? That's good! I have a bunch of Amazon and eBay receipts. But the Amazon receipt is on June 26th and then I have receipts in July again all the way to when I applied. I really hope that's okay! Ugh

No one knows for sure if they accept facebook posts/check-ins but if you have no other proof then it can't hurt to send them in.

i have a question.does uscis give a date on when you need to send back the rfe by?

Wonder why they didn't accept the diploma if the High school diplima is from June 9 -2012 - >_>
