Congrats bud! That's honestly the toughest/most tedius part for us probably especially being DACAs, now it's all on you to get through BCT/AIT which shouldn't be a problem if you prepped even remotely lol.

I got my military ID the other day and visited my unit, super laid back reservist center and wasn't even a full base, going to drill the entire year before I ship out, should be fun.

Edit: I forgot to ask, how are you accessing the info for SSBI / NIAC results by the way? Through your recruiter or did you get a direct ACE account login somehow? I asked my recruiting center and they didn't have a clue.

long story short, she got digits with someone in the higher chain of command and took care SSBI for me. I just checked HRC today and its already updated.

I visited a recruitment center yesterday and got the pre-screen questionnaire. Talked to my parents last night and they are very against the idea of joining the army.

Kiki you tell your parents you becoming a citizenship is the fastest way to petition for them

My dad was initially instinctively against it too, until I explained really how little of commitment the reserve option is vs active duty, as well as the expedited path to citizenship in 1 to 1.5 yr.

Its' really your decision anyways, but at the same time if they had a better grasp of the program maybe it won't be so bad.

I'm thinking of joining mavni (Korean language) as active reserve. Anyone here know a well reputed recruiter in the bay area ? Thank you
