Cornyn admitted to this very fact today. He said “I’m sure we will get this done before March. I hope the Pres doesn’t extend it because Congress works well under pressure.”

Huh? I would have had the same reaction if he replaced DACA with DREAM Act in that tweet. I'm certainly not rewarding Trump for not ending DACA day one because he DID end it. You can blame the big bad AGs, but I blame Trump. He ran on ending DACA. He hired Bannon & Miller. He nominated Sessions as AG. His administration is fighting all the DACA lawsuits (wonder what they are hiding?).

It definitely sounds like we have different views OVERALL with Trump. I personally care only about my EAD and other non-immigration related topics which I agree with Trumps policies on. If my EAD was to expire and there is no DA, my opinion could change swiftly with regards to Trump but for now I am liking where things are heading. Once I become legalized I have no issues with making the Border very secure so future flow of undocumented is minimized.

I view things from a different lens. I see that Bannon was hired but he was also fired. Also I like to think that Trump did a great job by removing Sessions from the Senate..the seat that Democrat Jones eventually won. Big win for us on that one!

And non-immigration related I think the final tax reform bill is actually decent and I also fully agree with his aggressive stance on Iran. Those so called religious leaders have to pay the price of years of oppression!

Well Sessions is doing a lot of harm (perhaps more than if he had stayed senator?) as AG, but at least some good came out of it with Doug Jones elected.

And don't get me started on non-immigration issues, lol! I stand firm that Trump is a direct threat to democracy and must be removed as quickly as possible.

Do you not see what Trump is doing on a daily basis? Do you not see the attack on democracy?

I'll let Sally Yates speak for me:

@SallyQYates
POTUS on 12/28: “I have the absolute right to do what I want with the Justice Department.” Today he slanders career DOJ professionals as “deep state,” calls for prison for a political opponent, and tries to sic DOJ on a potential witness against him. Beyond abnormal; dangerous.

And that's all I'm going to say on this because the thread is starting to go off topic.
