I'd give a pass to Manchin, Heitkamp, McCaskill but even Tester is voting no. They need to flip Peters and Stabenow from Michigan.

It's do or die. We are so fucking close. If the CR passes without DA attached, we will have lost all of this momentum. DACA will be seen as not urgent anymore since we are able to renew at the moment.
