Upcoming Senate procedural vote is NOT the big procedural vote which needs 60 yeas. Unclear when that vote could happen. It could happen later tonight…or if they do it by the book, by rule, at 1 am et SATURDAY (yes, you read that right…AFTER the government runs out of money)

Turtle is speaking. He's basically saying that a gov shut down is on Democratic shoulders, and we are not an imminent issue. The bill if passed to the senate is an 'easy vote'.
