DACA to AOS - Page 131

So my Daca expires On March 23. My DL expired on March 14.. Had some delays because apparently I need glasses. Came to renew my CA DL on the 21.. Was denied because my AOS EAD Has not been approved yet and they need a new one. Already called to expedite my EAD on the 80th day and haven't heard anything back. Asked about possibly just getting an AB60 DL and they said they can't do that because once you have an EAD you have to stay with that or my green card because they didn't want to go back and forth with My DL

Finally sent my AOS package today! I'm relieved that its sent and will be in their hands soon, and a bit nervous that everything goes well. let the waiting game begin!

Any new approvals yet? I like to still check in to make sure everyone's process is going smoothly after finally having my green card in hand I can defiantly say it's a HUGE ROCK off my shoulders and can really plan out my future with my husband. Question though? When can I apply for US Citizenship?

In order to apply for citizenship you have to have your green card for at least 5 years according to USCIS.

O wait sorry I should have just googled my question it says if your married to a US Citizen you only have to wait 3 years and can apply 90 days before your 3 year requirement.

Nope, it is 2 years 9 months when you have residency and living with your US citizen spouse.

I asked this before but i can't remember the answer.... How long does it take to get a interview date??? And does your online status change from "ready to be scheduled" to " scheduled"
