I work for the second largest cable company in the country. Good pay and benefits, including free cable, phone and internet.
Salary: 89K + bonuses, 401K, etc, etc.

I was gonna ask the exact same think. I wanted to know if he's the "cable guy" that climbs poles.

Lol. No I am not the guy climbing the poles. Although I will say some of those guys, due to seniority and union contracts make more money than I do. I work in IT. No degree in IT. I work for the Technical Operations Control team. To put it in simple terms we monitor the entire network for signal abnormalities and outages. We are the guys who ring the alarm when something goes wrong among other things. My degree is in Communications. I have some IT certifications which is how I ended up here.

Looks like IT and engineering is where the money is at, lol I'm in the wrong field.

STEM here; cleared 82k+ last year w/ridiculous OT, so underpaid, good benefits though.

50k a year plus crazy overtime which usually adds another 10k. I work as an administration liaison between local law enforcement agencies and my employer the District Attorney's Office in my county.

If I was a drug dealer, I think I would be making millions. 280k is just change for a drug dealer...

Sales? 280k profit is pretty impressive.
