If trump rescinds daca tomorrow, rest assure he will lay the groundwork for a legislative solution. He might be open to the dream act... seeing as how he changes his mind all the time.

We might not even need a veto proof majority for the bridge act

I also applied recently in July for the first time. I definitely hope at least the ones with DACA are grandfathered. What worries me is that the 10 Republicans stated they want an end to DACA for all - no new applications or renewals so what if Trump does grandfather you all but the lawsuit proceeds? :/

I'm hoping for good news. There are people doing far worse than I am right now, but man it's been a day. Car accident and now this. Not new, but holy crap, slow down.

I would say is different, both sides have said that they have been in constant communication on how to handle DACA going forward and DHS even gave them suggestions. In addition, General Kelly would probably give them a heads up considering he was in charge of the DHS not too long ago.

i fully expect a huge fuss once he rescinds daca. which is why he hasnt done it yet. i can only hope he just lets those permits just expire rather than eliminate them all so we wont lose our jobs or schools before a deal can be made

Trump has a big heart. He let DACA go on for eight months *sarcasm*

Trump doesn't give a fuck about negative media coverage. He simply gets off anytime the media mentions Trump. He knows the media will be talking about the hurricane more than DACA if he does rescind it tomorrow.
