On the paper they mailed, dis you bring everything they asked for copies + originals??

From my experience, it seems like they quiz the couple if they aren't 100% certain on of your relationship on paper. I could be wrong though, but it seemed like our IO did his research, and looked through our file pretty diligently beforehand and felt like our relationship checked out. The vibe was never tense, I even joked around with the IO about how bad my passport picture was. They're also body language experts, so if you and your SO seem very nervous and uncomfortable with each other, that might also trigger them to quiz you. Also remember that they could be watching you in the waiting room as well. I just recommend you try to relax, and put out positive vibes. I know relaxing is easier said than done but being very anxious and worried does more harm than good.

For those that received their EAD through AOS, did your AP also got approved? My EAD card was mailed this week, but the status of my AP was not updated.

The EAD card works as your AP if you signed up for it when sending in your AOS packet (you should have, it's free).

Hi everyone! I've been on this site for the past few years now checking in and out and also started a DACA to AOS thread awhile back. It's nice to see that this horrific WH administration hasn't hindered the progress of people in our situation and that people are still continuing to be able to adjust status and benefit from DACA. Short summary about me:

-EWI by my parents when I was 3
-received DACA in December 2014, expires Dec. 2017
-in process of applying for AOS thru marriage to my USC husband (m. 2013)
-getting documents together and have a civil surgeon appt. this week

It's encouraging to read that if your marriage is true, the IO knows, and the interview goes smoothly.

I received my AOS EAD last week. At the bottom it has the valid for AP verbiage. My case didn't update either, but it was approved.

My AOS EAD/AP combo card was just approved. AOS Package Received on 1/30/2017. No RFE's.
