another quick question. when is time to sent the RFE back. how you guys mail them. it says to included a copy of the letter and on top of everthing to put the cover letter that came with the letter.

The sooner you send it back, the more likely your case will get approved. You have 90 days to respond, if it takes longer than that, your case will be considered abandoned.
Everything you need to do is instructed in the RFE NOTICE. Good luck.
