There were 2 expired entries when I last saw too.. 1 from June and 1 from July

I think there's one person with expired ead on the forum but not the list. Other than that everyone is waiting for 8/17 approvals and after that 9/1 according to the list.

Names have been deleted off the list, but we want USCIS to get it right. Lol

Receipt on 5/28/16
Bio scheduled for 6/15/16
And haven't heard back ever since.
I put the case numbers provided on the uscis notice on the case status uscis site and My status still says, "Biometrics Appointment Was Scheduled
On May 27, 2016, we scheduled you for a biometrics appointment and mailed you an appointment notice for Receipt #.... Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your appointment notice by June 26, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice."
Does it usually update on the case status that they received the biometrics? :/ I am worried since I did my biometrics back in 6.15

Please check your myaccount, the case status site is not reflecting approvals.

Anyone getting the following message:

Status Message: USCIS has approved your application or petition, or request. USCIS will mail your proof of benefit or USCIS action to you.


I'm quite sure what that means to be honest.... Does it mean they've just accepted my application or that the petition has been approved and I'm all set?

Ok just read a few pages and it seems some other folks have gotten it as well. In case anyone is wondering, here's my timeline:

Received: May 26th
Biometrics Scheduled: June 9th
Biometrics: June 26th
Approval(?): August 9th
Expiration Date: September 28th


Also, when checking using the case status website it doesn't say approved. How are some of you so sure the case status website is not as accurate as the account the myaccount website? As far as I know the myaccount website could be one that's wrong.

I still haven't received my EAD Card.
Yesterday on 8/8/16 I did receive my DACA approval notice in mail.

I was approved on 8/3/16 and actually on 8/5/16 Nebraska Service Center finally responded back to my email when I inquired about my cases.
In the email they said my case my approved on 8/3/16 and my EAD card was sent to production. I should receive my EAD within 7-10 days.

But the thing that concerns me is that my status on my account changed. When I first got approved, both the DACA and EAD cases said "USCIS has approved your application or petition, or request, USCIS will mail your proof of benefit or USCIS action to you."

But now my EAD status went back to "USCIS has accepted your application, petition, or request for processing (in process)." DACA status is closed though.
I'm not sure what this means...

I wouldn't worry if they emailed you that your EAD is approved.

Mine expired on 7/20/16 and was approved 8/6/16.

I have a feeling our EAD cards will arrive after 8/17, which means some of can still lose our jobs.
