I've read that as long as your application is pending it's not a big deal if you continue working, but other people say that it's illegal. Does anyone know for sure?

No idea? Ive also read that I can get in trouble . But I really cant afford to lose my job

I say, if they're not making a big deal about it. I wouldn't worry.

You were way worst before, and people still managed to work. At least your EAD application is in the process.

Hey guys,

I was approved today, which is further evidence that USCIS's method makes no sense since I know some people have been waiting for 4+ months..

I think some officers try to approve people who are expired already or really close to expiring faster then people who have some time left. Other officers don't really care. Where did you app go? It seems everyone here had their app sent to Nebraska.
